HOW TO MAKE QUORN BOLOGNAISE

Ingredients: Spaghetti pasta Quorn mince Chorizo( optional) 1 pepper 1 Onion 3 large mushrooms 1 tin of chopped tomatoes 3 tablespoons of tomato puree half a teaspoon of black pepper 2 garlic cloves half a teaspoon of chilli powder half a teaspoon of salt

Chop up all vegetables to individuals style Chop up chorizo (Optional)

Throw chorizo in the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on a low heat. Add Garlic, Onion, peppers and cook for 3-5 minutes on a low heat Whilst the vegetables are cooking off, fill the kettle and boil.

Add the mushrooms and cook for a further 3-5 minutes. Staring occasionally.

Add Chilli powder and stir well.

Add the Quorn mince and cover the pan to simmer for 5-8 minutes.

Poor the kettle into a saucepan, add oil, salt and the spaghetti.

Remove the lid from the Bologna pan and add the chopped tomatoes, and tomato puree. Fill the empty can of chopped tomatoes half way full with water and add to the mix. Stir well and place the cover back over the mix to simmer for between 3-6 minutes.

Drain the pasta, Stir the Bolognese mix and remove from heat. Et Voila, Ready to serve wit a side of Garlic Bread, Cheese or Salad. Or all three.
